The first that that pops into my mind when I think about a tradeshow is STRESS. Well, we travel every June to participate in a national tradeshow that consist of over 15,000 people. As you can imagine a lot of stress is involved.

What is most aggravating is having to bump into a bunch of people that you are too tired to conduct business with, ordering takeout for 7 - 9 days, being without internet and, having to share a tiny hotel room with another person for an entire week if not longer!

Well, our lives were made a whole lot simpler when we located this townhouse. It was located less than 10 minutes any from the venue but, miles away from everyone else. We had great food options and didn't have to eat out everyday, there was a private pool for added relaxation, and the townhouse had 4 actual bedrooms! Only 2 of us were traveling but it still worked out to be less than we would have paid in a hotel. We had everything that we needed and more to operate our business anyway from home including wireless internet!

We enjoyed our stay and for the first time in years, we enjoyed a stress free tradeshow. I would recommend this stress reliever to anyone who wants a clean environment and piece and quite.

We enjoyed our trip to Florida. Your Terra Verde townhome is nice and clean and we enjoyed having the pool right out side the back door. It is very convenient to shopping, restaurants and of course Disney. I am sure we wil rent it again.

We have a very enjoyable stay at your home in Terre Verde. My kids especially enjoyed both the private and clubhouse pools daily while my wife and I enjoyed the little poolside bar at the clubhouse. We found your house to very comfortable and well equipped for all seven of us and the baby. Shopping for food and incidentals was easy as there are plenty of retail stores within only a few minutes of driving, and Disney was within 15 minutes. The amenities at the house were exactly as described and we were happy to have daily access to the Internet so we could keep tabs on our business while we were vacationing. We will certainly contact you again the next time that we are in Orlando! Thank you very much and best of luck.

We had a wonderful stay at the Disney Villa Rental. We appreciated the spaciousness and having plenty of bathrooms and bedrooms kept arguments at bay. The heated pool was so relaxing after a long day at Disney. The location of the villa is unbelievably close to, not only Disney, but also to the necessary shops, groceries, and restaurants that help make a complete vacation.

We stayed in Am An condo, Terre Verde in April 2009 for 10 days, It was wonderful. Everything we needed was right at our finger tips, and what we didn't bring we could buy at the Walmart 5 mins away. As for location it's perfect, central to everything, Walmart, restaurants, gas stations and the parks. But it's in a very well maintained subdivision that you are off the main busy roads and feel safe.
The condo was close enough to the basketball court and club house that I felt safe with my kids there. I love the security at the front gate as well, it's just that added security.
The condo is layed out great. 1 Bedroom on the main floor and 3 upstairs and 3 bathrooms! all with showers!! That is awesome when your traveling with other families. The rooms were a good size we stayed upstairs in the master bedroom and there was plenty of space.
The condo came with a DVD and a PS2 for the kids, although ours were too busy in the pool and hardly used them. The pool in the back was nice, we didn't heat it for the time we were there and I'm actually glad we didn't. When it's so hot it's much more refreshing to jump in a pol to get cooled down. But the pool was never too cold that you couldn't get in. The kitchen had everything we needed, toaster, microwave, blender (great for smoothies, although they sell them at the clubhouse pool) and lots of plates, glasses and plastic cups for the kids, all in all this was a wonderful vacation or an excellent price, I hope the next people there has an awesome vacation like we did!

Our days in AmAn Villa was amazing. Villa is very clean and very well equiped. It is good for adults and children and it's near all the attractions. The owner was so corteous and answered all our doubts. One point very important for us was the wireless internet that works very well. Terra Verde is a safety and quiet place to stay and the staff is very friendly. It's near all things that you need to stay outside your own home like supermarkets, drugstores, outlets, restaurants...
I recommend AmAn Villa and plan to go back as soon as possible.
