Myself , son his family and my daughter and her two girls, 9 of us, was at Aman the first week of April 2011 for the kids spring break and it was wonderful. The condo is just like it is on web-site. Spacious, clean, private screened in pool (heated opt). It was relaxing to just sit by the pool after a long miserable winter.
Just a short 2 minute walk to the club house, it has exercise equipment, heated community pool, Tiki bar, play ground for the kids. I have already told two of my friends about it and they both will probably go in the near future I know we will be back later in the year. Very reasonable price you can't beat it anywhere.

This 4 bedroom 3 bath Aman villa is truly a home away from home. My wife and I, both over 70, rented the villa for the month of February 2011. This was our first stay in Florida outside of motels. After 2 days, this WAS our home. The villa was perfect with plenty of linens, towels, dishes, silverware and appliances THAT WORKED. The villa included a bedroom on the 1st floor which is great for seniors.
A very pleasant surprise was the heated (80-88 degrees) community pool located an easy 2 minute walk from the villa. The pool offers a walk-in entrance without steps and with MANY lounge chairs on the surrounding deck.
Terra Verde is only a few miles from the busy route 192 but is a noise free secure (manned 24/7) environment.
We made short car trips to Disney, Universal Studios and Sea World and slightly longer trips to Kennedy Space Center, Busch Gardens and a Renaisance Faire.
Thanks to Mangirish and the friendly staff at Terra Verde and we've already made reservations for 2012. This villa is highly recommended for people of all ages.

Our family of four stayed at AmAn for 8 nights in December 2010. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and had a relaxing vacation. The townhouse is located at a 24 hour monitored gated community which makes you worry free. The amenities in the house were all in good condition. The community center also has a nice pool and a rock climbing place for the kids. The location is very close to a lot of stores and a short driving distance to Disney World. The kids also had a great time going to Old Town at night and enjoying the old fashioned rides. The house is very close to Gatorland with its amazing number of alligators and a great place for kids. The Kennedy Space Center is a convenient one an half hour drive. We also visited St. Augustine which is a couple of hours drive, but worth it if you spend the day visiting all the historical sites and the fabulous downtown at night. Overall, I would recommend this nice and quiet townhome for a fun filled vacation with your family.

The house was conveniently situated for all the attractions and the fact that its was on a secure site with good facilities was also good. The house itself was clean, well appointed and ideal for two families of four. I would certainly rent agian and would recommend it to friends and family without hesitation.

Wow ~what a great time we have had at An Am . We have stayed there for the past two years April 2009 & July 2010. This home could not have made our stay any more comfortable. We love everything about the place. In 2009 my family of 6 (2 grandparents 2 parents and 2 teens) travelled together and we had loads of space which made for a happy place. In fact, this summer we brought along 2 additional friends for my teenagers making it 8 and it was still roomy enough with seperate bedrooms & bathrooms for everyone, it truly made the trip a whole lot easier and a whole bunch of fun. We love the security of a gated community. It allows us to feel safe and sound. The backyard fenced in pool was truly a blessing and was both convenient and refreshing when we needed it.The location is fantastic and close to everything: (shopping, theme parks, and great family restaurants) . We arrived only days after the new " Wizarding World of Harry Potter", opened and it was amazing. Make sure you go to "Olivanders" for the wand experience. They chose me to get the special wand and it was simply an experience I will never forget. Thanks for giving us the feeling that we have a home away from home and we look forward to the spring of 2011 when we will have our 3rd Annual stay.

We enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend renting a villa over a hotel. It is a better value. Terra Verde is conveniently located to everything from Disney to shopping. Our kids loved the pool and the play station.

We stayed at the AmAn Villa in March 2010 while in town for the Rebel Games (college softball games). The original home we had reserved was cancelled on us 7 weeks before our vacation and we were fortunate to find this one available on the dates we needed. The owners were great to work with as we were setting up our vacation – all contact was via e-mail and they responded to our questions quickly.
Upon arrival, the villa was clean and well-stocked with all items needed for an enjoyable stay. The information provided ahead of time (regarding community access, amenities, directions, etc) was very helpful and we quickly settled in. One member of our group was in a wheelchair and had no problems with the layout (handicap parking in front of the building, easy access into the home and 1st floor bedroom and bathroom worked great.) It took us a day to figure out that the stylish benches in front of the villa were actually the trash bins! 
We even saw a large turtle in the pond behind the house! This area of Florida is very busy (due to the many attractions in the area) but the gated community was very quiet and relaxing. Retail shops and restaurants were close by – as were the 3 softball complexes we visited daily. We highly recommend this a great vacation destination!
