Our rate includes the standard facilities within AmAn, such as utilities, linens, bath towels, wireless internet access and infant amenities. As everyone does not desire pool heat or a BBQ grill, everyone does not pay for it. Pay only for what you want.

Important Notes:
- A reservation deposit (turns into security deposit) is required to reserve this property. Full rental payment is due 4 weeks before the rental start date.
- Reservations made within 4 weeks of arrival require security deposit and full rental payment.
- An additional US$80/£48 cleaning charge will apply for stays of less than one week.
- Optional mid-stay clean is US$80/£48.
- Pets or Smoking - strictly NOT allowed for the comfort of all our guests.
Cancellation Policy
Any cancellation or changes to reservations must be in writing and is subject to the following charges. Changes to reservations are not allowed in the last 4 weeks prior to start of the rental.
