Rental Rates
Our rate includes the standard facilities within AmAn, such as utilities, linens, bath towels, wireless internet access and infant amenities. As everyone does not desire pool heat or a BBQ grill, everyone does not pay for it. Pay only for what you want.

Prices quoted will be for the entire home (accommodates 10), NOT per person.Important Notes:
- A reservation deposit (turns into security deposit) is required to reserve this property. Full rental payment is due 4 weeks before the rental start date.
- Reservations made within 4 weeks of arrival require security deposit and full rental payment.
- A cleaning fee applies for stays of less than one week.
- Optional mid-stay clean available.
- Pets or Smoking - strictly NOT allowed for the comfort of all our guests.
Cancellation Policy
Any cancellation or changes to reservations must be in writing and is subject to the following.
